All products, once sold, are non-returnable. However, they can be exchanged and only if the product received is different from what is stated on the printed receipt or the product is faulty. If the product is wrong or faulty, there will be a one-to-one exchange provided it is reported to service@edutoystore.com within 3 days upon acceptance of delivery. We will arrange an appointment for the replacement product upon approval. Normal delivery lead time applies.
All products to be exchanged must be returned to us in their original packaging & must be accompanied with the printed invoice with the order number & a brief description on the fault of the product (applicable to faulty products only).
