How to buy?

First of all, please register for an account at our site before making your purchases.

You can order online by simply browsing through the categories, click on the item that you wish to purchase, select the quantity & click on the button "Add to cart".  You may continue with your shopping or at any point in time, you may click on "Shopping Cart" to view or check your orders.  When you are done with your shopping, click on "Check Out" to key in your address & other information.

We accept payments via PayPal (VISA/Mastercard), online fund transfers and cash-on-delivery. If you choose to pay via PayPal upon checking out, you will be directed to PayPal's website to make your payment & you will receive an email receipt once payment is approved. Once your payment is verified (PayPal or online fund transfers), we will contact you via email/phone to arrange an appointment for delivery and collection. For delivery details, please go to the "Delivery Policy" page.

Order Acceptance Policy

The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell.  Edutoystore.com reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item &/or refuse service to any customer.  Verification of information may be needed prior to the acceptance of any order.

Order Cancellation Policy

You cannot cancel an order or part of an order after credit card has been authorised & approved ie. You cannot cancel the order after Checkout upon reading all Terms & Conditions.  For orders paid via cash or invoice payment, you cannot cancel the order after collection/delivery has been made.  However, should there be a strong & valid reason for cancellation, please note the following cancellation charges :

• A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made within 48 hours upon ordering;
• A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made after 48 hours upon ordering.

Edutoystore.com reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any product due to input error, product discontinuation &/or stock clearance under the instruction of manufacturers/suppliers & errors in advertising.
