Payment

1) Paying with PayPal

 Our preferred mode of online payment is through PayPal only (www.paypal.com.sg).

1. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. A payment confirmation email will be sent to you upon completion.

2. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you go to the PayPal site, where you can send your payment.

3. Advantages:

•Payment is traceable. You can trace the status of your payment using your PayPal account.
•Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). EduToyStore doesn't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.
•PayPal offers PayPal Buyer Protection on qualifying items - up to $1,000 in free coverage. Additional limited protection is offered through PayPal's Money Back Guarantee.
 Paying with a credit card

1. When you select Credit Card as the payment method, you will be taken to the PayPal site where you can pay your order.

2. Advantages:

•Payment is traceable.
•Payment is immediate and convenient. Payment is deposited directly into EduToyStore's PayPal account.
•Credit card companies typically provide some level of identity and purchase protection.

We will call you and arrange an appointment for the collection of your purchased items once we've verified your payment.

2) Paying by Interbank ATM/Online Fund Transfer

If you choose this payment option upon checking out, no immediate payment is necessary. However, please log into your online banking account and make the payment through the online fund transfer facility as soon as possible. Payment is sent directly from your bank to our Standard Chartered bank account in Singapore, please indicate your name and the order ID that you are paying for on the remittance slip. Below is the information you need for the transfer:

3) Cash-On-Delivery

If you are not comfortable with online payments, we will also accept cash-on-delivery. If you choose this option upon checking out, no immediate payment is necessary. You will only need to make the payment in cash upon collection of your purchased items. We will call you and arrange an appointment for the collection of your purchased items once we've received your orders through our site.
