Delivery Policy

In order not to erode your savings with exorbitant delivery charges, our delivery policy will be as follows:

Local Delivery (Singapore)

Within the next 3 working days* upon order received. (Note: Due to overwhelming response, same-day-delivery might not be possible)

For purchases below $100, we will deliver your orders for free to city area (CBD, Raffles City, Suntec City and Orchard Road) and non-city area (Marine Parade, Tanjong Katong, Mountbatten Road, Fort Road and Old Airport Road).

Transactions will take place at City Hall MRT Station if you are not located in any of the areas stated above.

Free delivery to a location of your choice for purchases above $100 (mainland city & residential areas only).

However, if your purchase is below $100 and you need the items to be delivered, you can opt to include delivery with a minimal charge of $10 (mainland city & residential areas only). NOTE: IF YOU ARE MAKING MULTIPLE PURCHASES, PLEASE FILL THE CHECKBOX FOR 1 OF THE ITEMS ONLY. DO NOT FILL THIS CHECKBOX FOR EVERY ITEM!

So kindly state your delivery address and contact number correctly
when you place the order.

Our Normal Delivery times* are as follows:
Mon to Fri: <10am - 12pm, 2pm to 5pm, 7pm to 9pm> 
Sat:            <10am - 1pm>
No delivery on Sunday and Public Holiday.

If you require an urgent delivery please contact us, we will try out best to
help you.

*Delivery timings may change due to certain constraints like unavailability of stock, for eg. Please check back on this page whenever you make a purchase order.
