In most cases, our products are available for ordering unless specified otherwise. However, should the product you have ordered be unavailable due to insufficient stock or product discontinuation, you may choose to either accept a longer delivery lead time until the new stock arrives or in the case of product discontinuation, select another product of the same value.
We do not recommend a refund of payment made. However, if you strongly prefer a refund, please note that there will be a small admin charge imposed by PayPal to reverse the payment (amount to be determined by PayPal).
